I Need Help, error codes NW-102308-4 & CE-109505-0

I have been unable to use my PS5 for over a month. ISP, the Router company, and Sony have not been able to help me at all.The issue, at the beginning of February, I was unable to connect to the internet through my WIFI with my PS5 purchases in November.Meanwhile, every device in my house works fine. Multiple laptops, cell phones, a smart thermostat, a gaming computer, and google homes all work with no issues and fast speeds. I tried both 2.4 and 5 ghz. I have a TP-Link Archer 1800 with wifi 6. No mesh network at the moment but the router is located within 6 ft of the console. The error code NW-102308-4 keeps presenting itself. I have tried resetting the console to factory settings, resetting my router and being sure that it's drivers are up-to-date and also set all my router ports to:TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480UDP: 3478, 3479I also contacted my ISP to be sure these ports were open on their end.No success. Finally, I gave up and decided perhaps my wifi card is bad within the console. I read that a lot of other users are having problems with their wifi and thought perhaps this console was bad. Checked with target, they confirmed that they would accept a return. GREAT. I was able to purchase a new console directly through Sony and when it arrived, SAME PROBLEM. This time, it was unable to connect upon arrival rather than a few months later. Since this new console failed, I didn't return the previously purchased one yet. Perhaps the issue is on my end after all.So now, confused as heck, I hot spotted my verizon connection via my phone, and BOTH CONSOLES WORK. But neither are still is not working on my router. I have no idea what could be wrong at this point.ANY thoughts, suggestions, feedback and help are greatly appreciated.Again, I have a TP-link Archer 1800 and my ISP provider is WOW. TP-Link has been the MOST helpful out of the three and currently have an active ticket to help troubleshoot me. Sony basically told me to eff off, and my ISP is willing to confirm ports but is unwilling to troubleshoot anything else with me since I am not using their inferior hardware.I also have an old fat(sharp) ps4 that works fine on my network as well, while being it on the 2.4 ghz.P.S. I want to play GT 6, forbidden west, and Elden ring! It is literally why I purchased the damn thing and I cannot play them :(
