I’m finding it’s not so much school (though that’s a part of it) but all the additional commitments I’ve made - work-study, research group, clubs, volunteering outside campus, etc that have added up and I feel my body shutting down the past few days. Trying to network and meet people, and trying to work out a bit but just can’t seem to find the time or motivation. I find myself just laying around scrolling Instagram because I’m so overwhelmed. I've struggled with serious depression/anxiety for a long time (which I am taking medication for) and have found it best to just keep busy and hustle to keep it tempered. Lately the anxiety has gotten so bad and I'm about 50% sure I have long Covid and I'm just losing it internally. What do you folks do to de-stress in those types of situations?
