Denied benefits, EOB says not responsible for charges

My partner's insurance denied coverage on a service/device. His EoB states that because the provider participates in their network, he is not responsible for the charges. The Dr. office keeps trying to collect payment. How do we get them to stop?​From his EOBRemark code 112We do not cover medical services determined to be not medically necessary, or that do not provide the level of care required for your condition. This service is not medically necessary, or is related to a service denied as not medically necessary. Because your provider participates in our network, you are not responsible for these charges.
