Hey there,So I used to keep my Plex server directly on my Windows PC, but recently inherited a QNAP NAS. I've set up the new server on the NAS and migrated my entire library and metadata. If I'm within my network, the Plex server works as expected. But I cannot get Remote Access to work. It'll switch between working and "not available" everytime I Retry the connection. My ISP is GloFiber, and use their modem with an Eero Pro 6E mesh network. Both my Windows PC and QNAP NAS are connected via ethernet to the Eero on my desk. When I was hosting the Plex server on my Windows PC, I did not have any remote access issues. It only started when I moved the Plex server to the NAS.I've made sure UPnP is active on both the Eero settings and the QNAP NAS.I've tried port forwarding / static IP on the NAS. Both haven't worked.Wondering if anyone has experience with a similar setup that has Remote Access working. I am unsure if GloFiber is able to enable any sort of "bridge mode" on the modem. Appreciate any insight you may have.
