Hey everyone! I'm a noob at this whole plex stuff, with that said - I have tons of questions. I'm looking to buy/build a micro pc/nuc type of set up. Below are my requirementsset up multiple Hikvsion camerasHome assistantPlex. I like the idea of 4k streamingKeep everything local (I don't want my devices connecting to the cloud)be able to record feeds from the camerasset up two+ networks and keep things separate. I want my cameras, zigbee, etc on their separate networks. (Security is a huge concern especially since I have little ones)multiple zigbee, z wave, lighting etc devices hooked up AMD or Intel? Please be unbiased lol.. From my understanding if I plan to stream multiple 4k videos via plex, I need to take transcoding into account. Which means I need a pretty decent set-up like anything i5 10th gen+ and a device that has multiple lan/nics portsI would like to stay on the mini pc side of things due to their low power consumption. With all that said, I'm beyond confused and overwhelmed with options from Amazon and eBay lol. Should I go for "future proof" w.e that means or buy used and call it a day. Idk.. Minisforum has really great options in terms of mini pc's with dual lan.Any recommendations on hardware? Ideally under $300Help... lol and thank you all for the support!
