I have a situation where I have an iPad monitoring something. There are several alarms that can go off from it (through media). I would like to be able to see what is going on from my desk to know if the alarm is important or not.To do this, I want to use Screen Mirroring. It works for transmitting video (albeit at a low framerate, but I'm only reading numbers and text), but the sound keeps cutting out due to a lousy connection, which could easily make me miss a warning or alarm. The tablet is supposed to be used on its own mini-network, so I don't control the network (which is the source of the bad connection). To solve this, I want to put up simple network of Bluetooth speakers so I can hear it from around the areas I need to listen to it from. And here lies the problem:The bluetooth speakers are reliable. I can hear the tablet from them without interruption or skips. However, whenever I turn on Screen Mirroring, it overrides the bluetooth to play over the Screen Mirror, which has inconsistent sound and also does not play the sounds in all the places I want it to. And when I try to reconnect the Bluetooth speakers, it disables the Screen Mirroring. Is there a way I can use Screen Mirroring for video and use the Bluetooth speakers for sound? Or is there a better way to handle this? I don't own the tablet, so I don't think I can install anything on it.I believe the tablet is a 5th generation iPad mini.
