Nightmare support experience with Us Mobile

I try to be patient but it is going on 2 hours with this issue. So i had to turn my phone off to charge a bit faster and as soon as I turned it back on every Esim seemingly deleted.I first call support and having to go through exhaustive verification and long pauses....They send me over a New esim to try.It doesnt work.So i get on chat support. I have been on chat support the last hour (now late for an event) and no resolution. I keep getting ask the SAME question repeatedly even after I told the support the answer the first time he asked the question.I have reset my network settings twice. I have had them email me three times a new code. Every time they have to send me an OTP (i get being secure but this is annoying). Update 2: They fixed the Problem. Oh wait...No they didn't.Update 3:We Switched from Light SPeed to Dark Star.Still nothing.Now they are shipping me a SIm which means I am without a working phone till at least Tuesday or Wednesday. I am also locked out of all my accounts that require 2FA because I cant use my phone.
