Hello 👋🏼 Sony A7Sii shooter here. Usually do in studio portraiture/branding/controlled lighting shoots. Have a friend in the movie/film business asking me to help shoot a movie premiere screening, but tbh I am stumped. I have only shot one or two events before, esp in low light, and I don’t love how my images came out. This would be a great opportunity to build out my portfolio and network to a new niche of clients. What are your recommendations for lenses? Settings? Techniques? I generally like to keep my in camera settings as together as possible to limit how much post work needs to be done, but I want to stay open minded if there are any post recommendations as well. TIA!
