I started in a role that uses Cambium for WiFi. They devices are connected to Netgear business switches. I have a Fortinet Firewall. (I should note the previous MSP had a pfSense firewall and the issue was still here).I manage the devices with cnMaestro online. I have several VLAN's getting their DHCP info from the firewall (no forwarding but direct via the gateway interface for the VLAN). The AP's are in trunk multiple VLAN's mode. The AP's do have an IP in each VLAN as expected per the network info in cnMaestro.The issue is random and I have not found a solution yet.What we keep seeing is that someone will be connected and their connection will drop. They can't get back on. Others in the area have no issues and i can even see they are on the same AP that the person was dropped from.A user will try to connect to a SSID and will not connect. The system will eventually time out. They try again and it may work and they may try 10 times before it will work.Devices are owned by staff, students, and guests. I have the issue on Windows, Linux, MacOS, iphone, and android. This makes me believe the issue is somewhere in the network.Some of the things I have tried:no IPv6spanning tree fully configured, spanning tree fully offreduced to WPA2 security instead of WP2/WPA3, changed password, enabled and disabled client isolationadded AP's in the most vocal areas for testingfirewall swapped form managed service provider to in housepacket captures don't show errors but the issue is random and i may not be capturing the right interface at the right time (I have 47 access points in 3 buildings)That should be enough info to get started. Please let me know what else I can try, check, configure....
