My surveillance station stores the media files on my DS1817+, five camera's running and recording 24/7. in the past I limited the storage per camera; to 300GB/pc, but I now want it to keep footage for 30 days on two of the camera's. I keep gettin an error message that states that an unstable network connectimg prevents the system to make the changes. I already tried changing the settings when the 1817+ was more or less idling, did not work. disconnecting all camera's before making the change, also no luck. My stprage pool consists of 6 drives and I have 16GB of RAM installed. So what am i missing?
