pls pls someone help me, ive contacted playstation for help on this but they stopped responding. im on pc and ps5, and everytime i try to connect i keep getting the error code 8801330d or 8801330f. when i try and use the link code it says to connect the devices to the same network but they're both on the same wifi. the playstation is hooked up tp the same monitor as the pc, but that hasnt made it any easier. ive checked every setting that could be preventing it from connecting and ive watched a bunch of youtube videos but nothing is working. please please help me.
