Technical Support - High Latency in My Network

I'm wondering if anyone can help with this. I've had Spectrum for over a year now. At my old address I had precisely 0 issues with our internet service, regardless of the number of devices connected. We moved in with roommates, and when we were discussing the move in, they told us they had Spectrum, but they'd had nothing but problems with lagging, random drops, etc. They'd had multiple techs out who told them everything looks fine and the techs left.We had them cancel their service, and moved our service with the same exact equipment, same speed, same services, etc. And from the time we moved in we've had nothing but 2 months of issues. The issues we are having aren't with signal strength or speeds, it's with latency, whether hardwired or on WiFi, whether 10 devices are connected, or just one. On online games we rubberband constantly making the games pretty much unplayable. In some games we get kicked, or other players connected to us get kicked due to timing out. When we run speed tests using fast.com and speedtest.net, our ping rate never tests lower than 200-400ms, and in many cases tests as high as 4-7 SECONDS. Occasionally (approximately once a week) our modem stops either receiving or broadcasting a signal, and we have to fully reset the modem to be able to connect again.Since the start of these issues we've had 5 techs out, including 2 QA techs within the last week. One tech told us that our house (around 2000 sq. Ft.) Is too large for their equipment and told us the only way to fix the issue would be to get a new mesh network router system, which we did, and it did not help at all. Between the 5 techs every single wire and splitter between the pole and our modem has been replaced with brand new equipment. And yet every time the tech leaves, the connection is great.... For about 2-3 hours and then it goes back to ridiculous amounts of latency. We've just contacted them to let them know that the last fix didn't work either, and they're now saying we should replace our modem (which all previous techs have told us is perfectly fine, no reason to replace it). The techs who have come out often give us conflicting information, such as one tech saying their routers are crap and we should go buy a 3rd party mesh network router, and the next confirming, nope the issue is definitely BEFORE your router. The last tech I was still testing in the 500ms ping rates and showing him, but he said that's perfectly normal (even though my device was the only device connected to the network period at this point). I'm wondering, at this point, is there anything on our end that could be potentially be causing some sort of interference that is causing the lag? Is there anything possible change we can make on our end that may help resolve the issue, or is it a case that the issue is likely on Spectrum's end and we need to keep pushing for them to fix it?
