2 new iPhones, new Macbook, and possibly new Galaxy Ultra 24 Hacked

Hello, any help would be appreciated. Someone (people) have been remoting into my phones and MacBook. I first had a 15 Pro Max... literally fought with them for an hour to try and get around what they were doing. As in they were actively using an external keyboard, mouse, iPad, etc to control my phone. When I tried to do the "security check" that is supposed to reset access, etc when I would get to a certain point, i'd get a screen stating my data connection was unavailable... even though I was in a populated area with Verizon LTE with multiple bars. I noticed they were using accessibility settings. I tried changing those which seemed to slow them down. I would disable Wifi, Bluetooth, and cellular and they seemed to still have access. It seems like they have my phone (and macbook) set as part of an enterprise network. On my macbook I've seen things about sandbox, extra volumes on the hard drive, network settings that seem on the "advanced" side (ie not the standard settings) I think they were messing with the DNS and possibly making some of the websites I see not be the actual website if that makes sense. Many times on the iPhone I'd have to tap something multiple times to make it move forward, if it would at all. They'd slow down the internet so much at certain, specific times that I'm trying to do something to where the next page never loads. (That something meaning that would hinder what they ate trying to do. I.e. apple support or like I said doing the security check.) I have a 2023 MacBook Air that I just bought a few months ago. Minimal files on it. It said ~24 hours to reinstall the OS.... NONSENSE. Resetting the software the "normal" way (using the settings while in a regular session on the computer-- not boot screen/drive select screen) I don't think is good enough. Probably need apple store to reinstall from scratch. Similar thoughts on the iphones. So due to me frantically updating passwords for icloud and pass code for the phone I got locked out of my apple account and out of the phone. (Activation lock is on) apple is saying 14 days to reset. I've had that apple id for 15+ years. Has all my financial, social, everything on it. I bought a new iPhone 15 pro to use in the meantime or going forward. They got into it in almost no time at all. Settings such as screensharing and "Continuity" (using a Mac you can use your iPhone as a monitor and move your mouse to it to control it) were turned on/enabled without me ever being asked. Tried a Google pixel 7a and again no time at all. Just bought an unlocked Galaxy 24 Ultra. I immediately turn off/ disable as much "stuff" as I can. That worked for a little bit, but they still got in. I'm almost positive that there are "System Apps" that are not actually system apps... like I'll see A couple where one looks legit and there's another named very similarly, but looks different. Also sometimes see multiples of the same thing running. For example, there was like 5 or 6 "3 button navigation" processes running. Screen mirroring I belive was turned on/screensharing... but they hide it so like it doesn't show as happening I the control center. Like I said it's like an enterprise/it managed set up like if you have a work iPhone or computer. Like where they can remote in to watch you without you knowing. Certain websites look different. Like they are purposely showing me content that I don't want to see. I know this is a stretch but my 2020 Honda CRV (bought used a couple months aho) infotainment system when I go to the bottom of the settings screen there's "Detail Information" button which opens what looks like an Android Settings UI from maybe 2010. Like it's a tablet. Scrolling to bottom of that settings screen shows what appears to be the developers name? [A common last Name]@... [then a bunch of numbers and letters].. doesn't seem like something that would be a part of a infotainment system, do you agree? I stopped plugging phones into it (so no not able to use CarPlay/Android Auto). When I've tried getting a new device I've tried to quickly lock things down, including getting a VPN/Security app... to no avail... one complications is I'm currently living in hotels. So no home network that I can really control/monitor/lock down. I was trying to use cellular only as I thought that would be safer. (visible by Verizon in 5GUW areas gives you truly unlimited data for $45 so I figured that would be best... but doesn't seem to make a difference.) Okay so I know that was a lot and I was. Abut all over the place but does anyone have any advice? I've been searching online for like the equivalent of a cybersecurity for business thing but for an individual. I saw things for big executives/ high-risk individuals like big journalists, etc but I imagine that will be extremely expensive. I'm nit trying to be cheap though. I can pay for more than just Norton or Proton but can't afford a million dollars lol. Suggestions? If you mad it to here, thank you for staying with me lol. Im at a rest stop trying to quickly type this before they try to delete it or something lol. This whole thing has been exhausting and extremely time consuming. Keeping me from moving forward with my life (ie getting a place again, being productive, going to doctors appointments, etc)
