Tempted by their new offer of 50% off for the first 12 months on their Unlimited Fast plan, making it just $20/month. I'm currently on a $19/month at 2degrees which only gives you 1.5GB, which is barely enough for the bare basics and I'm having to top up on occasion which makes it more expensive.Really looking to keep expenses as low as possible so thinking of just jumping onto this plan for a year and then going elsewhere once the offer is up.Main question is how fast/slow 10Mbps actually is? I've done a speed test on the 2degrees network and it's generally fallen around 40-50Mbps, which has been plenty for the occasional Instagram scroll or Youtube video. How steep will the dropoff be to 10Mbps for Youtube videos for example?Also heard of their customer service being pretty dreadful but might that have gotten better of late as they've become (somewhat?) more established?Cheers
