Recently my PS5 (2020) keeps disconnecting from internet. This happens a few times a day, often mid-game. It simply says that I’m offline. So I go to settings/network/settings/set up internet connection and disconnect from my WiFi. Then, when I try to reconnect again, it immediately says „an error occurred, error: NW-102216-2“. No matter how long I wait, it won’t reconnect again. So everytime this happens, I have to restart my PS5 and then it’s connected normally and automatically to my WiFi. If lucky, this will last for a couple of hours, if unlucky, this will happen in half an hour again. I know that this can’t be a problem of my router because it won’t connect to any other accessible WiFi near me. Does anyone have a similar problem and knows how to fix this?
