Customer support will not help get my new SIM card working!!!

Hi All-Is there anyone that can help me get my new straight talk SIM to work?? After cracking the screen of my old Samsung S21 Ultra, I purchased a refurbished, unlocked, Samsung S22 Ultra and a new straight talk SIM card from their Keep Your Own Phone SIM Kit per their recommendation. After working with customer support to activate the new SIM and transfer my number to it, I have been unable to get service. The phone just shows a circle with a line through it and says I am not connected to a network, so aside from 30 minutes on day 5 where I got 4 bars, I am unable to send or receive calls and texts. Half the time wifi calling works but that is not consistent (my wifi is fine on my laptop) and I tried the SIM in my old phone as directed by customer service and I got signal, so the SIM seems to be ok. It has been 6 days. Every day I spend an hour + with customer service corporate agents listening to them read their through their script and confirming yes, the phone is up to date...turning it on and off....taking the SIM card in and out...etc. Mostly I've been told that it is still just updating in their system and to give it another 24 hours, or that they made an update on their end and will call back in 30 minutes but never do. Anytime I ask about a potential cause, or if there is something they can look at to confirm it's not an issue it magically becomes the problem because that is the easiest thing to say given they don't know how to fix it (i.e. "your phone isn't unlocked" - though I have confirmed with both the phone seller and other agents that it is, "you bought the wrong sim card kit" - though I also confirmed with other agents that this one would work, "no samsung phones are working with straight talk right now so you need to factory reset it" - though no one seems to be reporting on that issue, "your phone isn't compatible" - though I have confirmed with other agents that it is blah blah blah). For calling themselves straight talk, they sure give customers the runaround. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could check or try to get my phone to finally work? Feeling really over this.
