Okay, so I really love all the current tasks I have and have so much fun every day with my colleagues. I am a network consultant and I bring a lot of money to the company. I know I’m underpaid.. And I hate our management.. They keep telling us that we don’t have any money bla bla… So they cannot afford us pay raise.. Again..And this week a job offer landed in my inbox. Cisco wants me to join their team.. The job seems really nice, and I get a lot of benefits which I don’t have in my current position. But I wasn’t looking for a job, so I’m confused. I’m afraid I’m putting my self into something I regret. I’m afraid that my searching for higher salary will backfire me, when I leave all the colleges I have.. Will it make me happier than I’m already am? Would you join Cisco if they asked you to join them?
