Sound Issue with Shadow PC

Hi, I just have this weird issue with sound ever since I used Shadow. I'm running it on 2022 Macbook pro, and if I play sound on MacBook speaker it always makes this wired cracking jittering sound as if sound is getting torn off. If I use Bluetooth speaker, the quality of the sound becomes normal but there's about 1 sec of delay on sound.I've been trying to contact the shadow support, but they are keep saying it's my network problem - which I don't believe it's the issue. I don't think I'm talking with an actual human here.So since Shadow support doesn't even connect me with a human agent, not trying to fix the problem, I wanted to check if anyone knows how to fix this problem on Reddit - does anyone has any idea?
