OG Cam says "device offline"

I'm a huge fan of Wyze cams!! There was a black Friday deal for the OG cams for $9.99 .. so bought what was remaining at one of the Home Depot we went to.I installed 3 of those cameras at a location. One of them keeps saying "device offline" even after unplugging and plugging it back in. I'm also not able to restart because it says "device offline". The network connection is good. Of the three, I happened to update the firmware on this one only. Is it a software issue? What could be the problem?
