However, despite following all the necessary steps, I keep encountering the same error code, which prevents me from completing the upgrade. It’s been extremely frustrating, as I’ve already tried just about everything I can think of—clearing my cache, trying different browsers, restarting the device, logging in and out of my account, even trying on different networks and devices—but nothing has worked so far.At this point, I’m honestly not sure what else to do. The fact that it continues to say I’m eligible makes it even more confusing because it seems like the upgrade should go through, but something technical is clearly blocking it. I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experienced something similar or if there’s a solution that I might have overlooked.
