I’m a 3D Generalist / Environment Artist in London, mid level. Lately, I’ve been struggling to find stable CG work, last month I sent 200+ applications with almost no replies.Recently, I’ve been offered a rare and possibly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to move into a VFX Production / Coordinator role, which could give me stability, pipeline exposure, and networking opportunities. My goal is that, in the future, this experience could help me take on a 3D Supervisor role with a broader understanding of the full production process.
