Got the call from Optimum they are looking to upgrade us to Fiber service. The first rep kind of made it sound like they would let me stay on the price for life plan. When the second rep came on to confirm the details I pressed the details on keeping price for life and they said that wasn't true and the price was good for 12 months. Be wary when they call you will lose price for life if you have it no matter what the first rep tells you. I told them I'll stay on coax until Planet Networks expands into the area they don't play pricing games.
