Hi All,This is a rather specific question and my manager was not able to answer it so I thought to ask the wider CPS network. For any lawyers within the PS who are qualified in an LP-1/2 role, do you know if we are able to take on opportunities to work with Agents for the PPSC. The agreement schedule keeps mentioning private sector lawyer however I understand that to be "someone who is seeking to apply to be an agent". In the event that one is already a lawyer within the government and with a different department than PPSC, could options like deployment or assignment/secondment be utilized so that we still get to maintain our status as an employee but work for an Agent of the PPSC?Any tips/leads on where I could find further information would be greatly appreciated!
