Canadian in Bermuda + en-US locale + ExpressVPN USA = Account Flagged

Hi Brave community,At the last brave rewards payout, I got paid out 2 out of 3 browsers I use. Curious as to what hapenned, I opened a ticket to understand, only to be told by someone named J: "We have reviewed the flag, and your Rewards profile will not be reinstated. It will remain flagged. ". I replied to ask what I was doing wrong so I could try to correct the situation if possible but got silence as a response. Why was I partially paid then? Wouln't all rewards be retained by Brave if I truly did something wrong? After searching and searching I found some info about VPNs and Locale posted by u/saoiray , he is really helpful to the community. So big picture: I'm a Canadian, so I registered Brave rewards for Canada and to match my Uphold verification. But I'm also an expat living in Bermuda at the moment, I mainly shop in the US and get things shipped here, so use my Express VPN (the aircove router) set to US (like most people in bermuda btw) and see US ads, which totally makes sense as I'm a potential customer. Main ussage is at home on my desktop computer, I also use Brave on my Android phone, which will sometimes appear as being in Bermuda when I commute to work (unless I open the Express VPN app to cover the 5 minute commute but I basically never do that), and once at work the network I get connected to can show various East US locations. I also use a Laptop that I sometimes switch to a Canada VPN server to access services I need, as a non-resident citizen of that country, without getting blocked. So, Brave can sometimes see me in 3 locations on any given day.To top it off, I'm in IT so I'm basically in front of one or more computers 12-18 hours a day (yeah, I have no life, just work).I can understand it could be seen as suspicious but wanted to post here to further explain and maybe get some advice on what to do. I don't want to have to uninstall Brave from all devices except the main one, I don't want to go back to another browser. Should I just stop Brave ads on the phone and the laptop, only keep it active on my desktop? Not trying to scam, just trying to live my complicated life.
