Just graduated, and I'm realizing that I should've had more true industry experience, but the past is the past. I think I have good projects and internship roles, but it doesn't seem to be enough. I've been a lot more active in this most recent round of applications though (networking to find recruiters, HM, etc.), so I'm really trying to keep my head up. A few things:This specific resume is for systems engineering roles with a focus on integration and testing as well as a bit of electronics. The roles are non-local, so the location is already removed. 1) Is the font ok? I used charter as outlined by the wiki, but some ppl say it's not good to use. Workday seems to parse through the pdf fine. 2) Are my bullets TOO specific? I don't want to seem like I'm bull*****ing, but I'm confident I can communicate all these projects well in an interview. Also, I know that some of these are just tasks, but I try to give them direction even if it isn't always quantifiable.3) How is the readability? I've hit all the requisite keywords for the role, but try not to overdo it.4) My biggest non-technical assets are the interpersonal skills and independence I developed in the restaurant industry (grew up in the family business and seriously learned just about everything in that realm over the years). I want to convey it more because I know it's valuable for technical teams, but I don't want to waste space and risk hiring managers not caring. Had a behavioral interview with stuffy HMs and they didn't seem to care for any personality, so I don't push it.5) I thought about adding study abroad in Education, but someone advised against it so I removed it. What about if it's something that made an impact and that I can expand on in a phone screen/interview? Kind of going off the same idea from #4 (does it even matter?)6) Anything else you want to add! Grill me on any line of my resume like a hiring manager would.https://preview.redd.it/na6vv6c6a7mc1.png?width=5100&format=png&auto=webp&s=fc985fdcf343fd91801bcf90a20214e29fb3623d
