Hi all,I've been a Premiere Pro user since CS3, and have never experienced issues like this before...Short versionThe program is crashing / hanging (upwards of 2-4 minutes) on any trimming-by-dragging, cuts the audio feed in timeline playback randomly, takes upwards of 1-3 minutes to load my projects (even small, 1080p, 3-4min ones), and has been serving BSOD with the following error code:Stop code: PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA (nviddmkm.sys)Long versionI've been working on a series of short video projects (2-5 minute videos, see timeline snap shots below) for a little while now, but over the last 4-6 months I've been experiencing worsening crashes, lagging / hanging, loss of audio and/or video playback, etc to the point now that I literally cannot complete my current project.Older Project: #1Older Project: #2Older Project: #3Current ProjectAt present, I experience the following errors every time I work on my current project (though I've experienced these issues to various - though far lesser, to this point - degrees, for a while now:Hanging on trimming-by-dragging: If I trim or expand a clip in the timeline (by any amount, at the IN or OUT, and with or without magnetic snapping on) the entire program will lock-up for upwards of 3-4 minutes. The program will become fully unresponsive and crash if it (or another application) is interacted with, during this time.Loss of audio and/or video playback in timeline: Randomly (though predominantly after playback is initiated, following 'Render In to Out' has been run) the audio and/or video playback of the project is completely lost. This persists regardless of the audio device in-use, and requires a full program restart to correct.Excessively long render start-up times: This has been most notable since the upgrade from CC 2023 to CC 2024, but now where my system would normally near-instantly render projects like the ones above (and in 30-45 seconds on avg.) it now takes the program 1-2 minutes to begin the render (and, like with the 'Hanging on trimming-by-dragging' error, will fully lock-up if it or another program is interacted with) and, once the render does begin, takes 2-4 times longer to actually complete the render.BSOD every-other-open: It has now become a near-certainty that every-other-time I open any project, I get a Blue Screen of Death error for PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA (nviddmkm.sys). This has been happening without any consistent cause (whether I've just opened the project and try to interact with it 'too quickly', or when it's 'Generating peak media', or if I interact with it when it's 'busy', etc).There's a myriad of other issues that are smaller (and almost too numerous to name), but these are the heavy hitters.
