I don't know if any of you have been experiencing slow upload speeds on AT&T Gigabit fiber, but my Eero network has been running at only about 60Mbps upload (download is fine) for about a month now. I've been going back and forth with Eero support for a week and half (I used to install networks professionally so I did 99% of the steps they put me through before I even contacted them, and documented all of it). Anything directly connected to the AT&T RG (5268AC) is fine, so it isn't a problem with the RG. Eero support keeps having me restart and change cables to no avail. Even swapped the two Pro 6Es with no luck. But today I remembered that I had an older "cupcake" Eero 6 collecting dust in a drawer, so I shut everything down, reset the cupcake Eero, created a new network and declined the software update. Boom! Everything is perfect, 1Gbps up/down.So, if you are experiencing this issue, it is absolutely a software problem and as far as I can tell Eero is either unaware of it or refuses to acknowledge it. I'll update here if and when they push a fix out.
