i just followed these instructions from the react-native documentations:npx create-expo-app AwesomeProjectcd AwesomeProjectnpx expo starti got the QR code, upon scanning it. I keep getting the error: "Something went wrong, sorry about that. You can go back to Expo home or try to reload the project"the error log shows: "uncaught error: java.net.ConnectException: Failed to connect to /173.3X.XXX.XXX:8081"here is all that i have tried:1) matching the IPv4 address from the cmd ot the one in the terminal2) restarting the PC3) reinstalling expo app4) turning off firewall5) Changing network profile from public to private6) ran npm update and then npm audit fix 7) connected with mobile hotspot8) enabled display over other apps on the mobile9) ran expo start -c to clear cache10) cleared data from the expo app on mobile11) npx expo starti feel really discouraged by getting stuck at such an early stage, i don't know if I could handle what comes next. I also need advice on how to deal with problems like these that take up so much of your time and make you feel dumb.
