Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this.I moved to Puerto Rico recently and had to set up internet through Liberty PR.They offer 1 router modem combo. When I try to log in to the admin panel via 192.168.0.1, it forces a redirect to /2.0/gui, asks for credentials. If I enter them, I get to the familiar router config page. The issue is that all of the options have been replaced by a QR code to the Liberty WowFi App. This thing is a piece of shit and doesn't let me log in. Worked with their support and they clearly cannot fix this. Seems to be an issue on their side. They keep trying basic level 1 tech stuff (reset password) which obviously won't work. This is a huge problem since I need to change our SSID, password, split our 2.4 and 5ghz networks, etc. I should be able to have control of my router. The router itself is a Sagemcom F@ST 3896-LA.Does anyone have any experience with Liberty PR and overcoming this issue? Is their app broken? Are they known for allowing bridge mode? I can enable it in the config I just hope they don't block it somehow.
