I’ve had issues with the fuel gauge from when I purchased in September 2024. Brought into dealer 2 or 3 times and they could never “reproduce” the fuel gauge rapidly dropping from 120 miles to 0 within a few minutes. I have videos showing the issue occurring while driving. I can live with the stupid fuel gauge error. I just reset my mileage after every pump.What I can’t live with is just recently my screen has started turning off. I get “rear seat alert” “engine error” “in vehicle network error” and “driver attention disabled•The first time this happened to me it was when the car turned on and it wouldn’t start. The power lift gate also wouldn’t open. It would make the motor sound to open but click and not actually open. My key fob has battery… but it made me touch the key fob to the car to start and it started with screen being turned off. Whatever drove car home bc I needed to get home. I called the dealer and they scoffed at me saying well just bring it in there’s no update but that’s all we can say. The screen reset mid drive, not sure if it was from pressing the reset buttons or just time?This happened again, this time it was after we started driving, and then the error occurred again. So when car turned on screen was on, but about 5 min it just shut off. This is really frustrating and I love the Mazda so much. But these issues are legitimately not acceptable… sorry for such a long post but have other people experienced this / have suggestions on how to get the dealer to actually fix these issues? I’ve sent videos / talked to the dealer / spoken with a dealer in a different state (we were on a road trip in the summer)…. And I just keep getting dismissed.TIA!
