Good morning. My name is Elena-Victoria and I need your help to cover emergency vet bills, internal specialist appointments and trsts, and a special diet for our beloved Corgi baby. Our girl is 4 years and 8 month only and she was diagnosed with a severe chronic kidney disease today, Dec 29th, 2025.. She is currently hospitalized and on 40 hr of IV treatment in the emergency hospital in VCA, Loomis, CA. That alone cost $7500 including emergency appointment blood test, abdominal ultrasound, chest x-ray to exclude pneumonia, urine and blood test every 12 hrs to check the levels of dangerous toxins, BUN, creatinine, phosphoru ,which is very high and already caused one blood clot, protein and other. The levels are decreasing for now but she is still being treated. Her doctor said that she will need be on a strict diet, hills or royal canine kidney food. She will also need meds for kidneys, nausea, and other treatments to keep her stable.This will altogether cost around $1700 every month for couple month until she's stable, and then around $1000 monthly including special diet, meds and blood work. In addition to this, we need to go to an Internal medicine appointment every week for now until her situation will be more stable. Each appointment costs $260, not including other tests that they will do to possibly find the reason for the kidney damage in her young age.Unfortunately I can't get that much money myself for long. I can't even get another job because I'm a care giver for my mom who has an ALS. I cant leave my mom for more then 1.5 hours.The estimated amount for the year is about $25000 not including emergency appointments.I'm an artist. I make beaded flowers, wire crochet and wire knitted jewelry, that are ready for sale on Etsy. If you cant help financially please,share this link and link on my etsy store, it will help us to keep my baby alive as much as possible with this diagnosis. Please don't bother me with comments to euthanize my baby, she's my baby, my younger child whom I love so much and I'm trying to do everything that I can do for her.
