Hello, after two RMAs to get my laptop screen replaced, I am getting these two errors when I either try to update Windows or install Microsoft Store apps. Laptop is the Zephyrus G15 (2021).Windows Update: There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x801901f4)Microsoft Store: Something unexpected happened - Reporting this problem will help us understand it better. You can wait a bit and try again or restart your device. That may help. - Code: 0x801901F4I am at my wit's end with this Windows Update/Microsoft Store error. If anyone can help, please point me in the right direction. Side note, I no longer have the factory reset for my laptop as I accidentally wiped it when doing a clean install, but I did try factory resetting multiple times before losing it to no avail. I honestly can't think of anything that they would have done during the RMA while fixing the screen to cause this.I have tried:Factory Resetting the laptop using MyAsus WinREDowngrading to BIOS version 412Re-upgrading to BIOS version 413Signing in to my Microsoft accountAn in-place Windows 10 Update using the Windows Update AssistantAn in-place Repair using the Windows 10 Media Creation ISOA local reinstall of Windows 10A complete clean install of Windows 10 using both Home and Pro x64 versionsAn upgrade to Windows 11Examining .etl files of Windows update logs (not tech savvy enough to understand what was in them though)A number of registry edits found on the internetChanging group policies that affect Windows update serviceCommand line prompts that stop and restart Windows update serviceCommand line prompts that use DISM Restore Health and /sfc scannowDeleting the Windows update folderA different Wi-fi network than I normally useConnecting to LAN via ethernetConnecting to Wi-fi using a USB dongle Wi-fi adapterChanging my DNS servers to Cloudflare and GoogleChanging Windows internet proxy settings-A number of tools for Windows update listed on githubI have issued another RMA, but my first two times weren't a great experience and I'm kind of hesitant to send it back again. I've been just installing updates and Microsoft Store apps manually for now. I'm not even sure what they could potentially do with my RMA to fix the problem at this point. Thanks for any help.
