How to connect a Mac to a PC via Thunderbolt Bridge?

Hello, I connected a Thunderbolt 4 cable to the ethernet port of my PC and Mac. On the Mac side, under Network in the system performance, it keeps saying that the Thunderbolt Bridge is not connected. As for the Windows side, it does not list any available Thunderbolt device under the Thunderbolt Control Center. Could you please let me know what to do?
