Hey everyone,I keep seeing posts about renting and the inability of would-be-renters to locate non-commercial landlords due to the cascade of JWB and other corporate based real estate agency owned houses on the market.Look its no secret that the black and white stipulations that commercial renters are asked to appease arent for everyone. That in conjunction with the shoddy remodels and copy and pasted amenities that commercial housing offers, well its no wonder why people are desperate to come in contact with private landlords.I'm posting this with the intention to establish a network of like-minded would-be-renting redditors. Then to transform that group into like-minded happily-renting redditors through sharing information regarding landlords who have properties they need filled.
