I'm more of a DC fan, but I know enough about Marvel to do it, so I decided to post for both.I like to usually play an OC character. We can discuss the rest in private. For now here's what I have;In the beginning, a being known by many names, including The Presence and The One Above All, created an infinite multiverse consisting of an infinite number of realities and timelines.Long before the existence of humanity or any other species, cosmic beings arose to serve as guardians of reality. These beings, such as Death, Infinity, Dream, Destiny, Destruction, Desire, Despair, Delirium, Eternity, and Infinity, all came into being. Among them, a mortal named Galan transcended to become Galactus, representing equity and standing as an equal among these abstract entities.Beyond these cosmic beings, but still below the level of the ultimate creator, exists a being called "Concept," embodying an amalgamation of Marvel's Living Tribunal and DC's Thought Robot.Far before the emergence of humanity, there was a race that sought to dominate the universe, leading to internal strife. Eventually, they diverged into two groups, with one becoming The New Gods and the other becoming The Celestials.To safeguard the third dimension, The Lantern Corps was created, with the Green Lanterns becoming the most well-known and dedicated to protecting the universe. The Nova Corps initially emerged as a civilian offshoot of the Lantern Corps before evolving into their distinct entityIn the early stages of human history, the Celestials began altering the genetic structure of life on various planets, including humanity. While humans were meant to receive the powers of Superman, this outcome did not come to pass.During human history, a group of Renegade White Martians interfered with humanity's DNA, preventing them from reaching their full potential but inadvertently creating genetic variations that would eventually lead to the rise of mutants/metahumans.In modern times, extraordinary individuals with superhuman abilities began to emerge, starting in the late 1930s. Among them was Steve Rogers, also known as Captain America, who led the world's first superhero team, The Justice Brigade, from 1938 to 1947As time passed, more individuals with strange and exciting powers appeared in the 1960s, initially causing fear and confusion but eventually finding their place in society.In response to rising crime rates in cities during the 1980s, superhero teams experienced a resurgence.Approximately 15 years before the present day, a man donned the mantle of "Batman," inspiring other heroes to emerge and form teams.Today, Earth is home to an estimated 30,000 people with superhuman abilities.In response to concerns surrounding superhuman activities, the Government enacted the Enhanced Abilities Registration and Autonomous Heroism Act (EARAHA). This act aims to address these concerns while respecting the identities and autonomy of individuals with extraordinary powers.Key Points of EARAHA:Voluntary Registration: Super-powered individuals are encouraged but not compelled to register with the government. Registration offers benefits such as access to specialized training, resources, and support networks, without requiring the disclosure of secret identities to the public.Enhanced Training and Support: Registered superhumans will have access to government-sponsored training programs to develop their abilities responsibly within society and receive support and resources for their heroic activities.Non-Discrimination: The government will not discriminate against unregistered superhumans, protecting their rights, freedoms, and access to public services regardless of registration status.Protection of Secret Identities: The government is committed to safeguarding the secret identities of registered superhumans, keeping their personal information classified and accessible only to authorized officials.Oversight and Accountability: A joint council with representatives from the government and superhuman community will ensure transparency, fairness, and mutual accountability in implementing EARAHA.Legal Protections: EARAHA will establish legal safeguards to prevent misuse of superhuman abilities by any government entity, imposing strict penalties for attempts to exploit or control registered superhumansAutonomous Heroism: Registered superhumans retain the freedom to choose how they use their abilities to serve society.
