They need these things in CS2...

Police/Medical sub-stations. A place where police can chill, waiting to be called into service. (School add-on, mall add-on, office add-on, etc...)Garbage needs actual "routs", and need to operate only at early morning, when streets are clear.People need to go home! Unless a city is big and a 24-hour activity... Keep 3rd-shift the 10% it actually is! (City tax bonus for having a third shift, or NOT having one, so city services operate better or for decreased day use of the city.)Upgrades to various transports. Larger loads, more people, quieter operating, less polluting, taxi/delivery combosPrivate roads, no "through traffic", private security, culdesacs, malls, strip-malls, parking garages and lots (I see some now, but not as a service or structure), industrial only roads, service only roadsA road-junction editor. (Like building highways, we design a limited "road junction". Pick the connections, build a simple form, add optional traffic rules. Then we can attach it to the end of a matching road-type.) We can make a left-hand flyover. We can make a custom fork, maybe a built-in walkway overpass. A ramp up, across, underground, splitting only one half of a road... Etc.Same thing for whole intersection networks. Except these can attempt to auto connect, when plopped onto a road-system... Letting us manually adjust the auto-attempt, if it fails.A city-block template, like a blueprint that may or may not repeat in various directions. It stays as a blueprint, when plopped, until we unlock it to be "built", or it auto-builds, with "budget funds", when available. (Having a separate expansion budget isolated from the rest of our money. That could be a potential "future planning" component, justifying higher than normal, temporary taxes or govt money.)City events and frills... Fund raisers, parades, carnivals, fireworks displays, jobs fairs, a hollywood-like studio-city area, various other interactive events that get made better by our built city and services.A true "Ultra HD render mode". We setup a snapshot, but instead of just taking a snapshot from our screen, bound to our limited settings... You actually "render" the scene as an 8K, photo-realistic image. Some simple ray-tracing, volumetric fog, clouds, sky gradient, stars, realistic lights and true HD shadows, depth blur if desired, reflections and even distant trees, plants, people, cars, buildings, all in higher HD than we could see in the actual game. (Even if it takes 5 min to render. It would be worth it!)
