RT2600 Router and 2.4G Guest Network

I've been running RT2600 router for awhile - 5GHz WiFi only.Recently enabled Guest network and want only the 5GHz WiFi guest network enabled.I've repeatedly disabled the 2.4GHz guest network but this damn router keeps enabling it again. How can I turn the 2.4GHz guest wifi network off so it stays off? Is this a bug or a feature? Note that the 2.4GHz primary wifi network has absolutely no issue with remaining off.
