Doubts about NNID, System Transfer, Region Change and usage of Pokémon Bank

Hi, I recently bought a New 2DS XL in Japan intending to install a CFW and play old Pokémon games and then transfer the pokémon via Pokémon Bank to Pokémon HOME.My origin region is Europe, and I read that if you perform a region change in any device, you cannot use the Nintendo Network ID anymore, which is a problem if you want to use Pokémon Bank as I wanted to.I also have an Old 3DS with my NNID established and in my region also with the CFW installed, but it doesn't work properly, so I want to avoid using it all i can. The console I bought doesn't have any NNID set up, so I was wondering if it could be possible to somehow migrate that NNID.I have many doubts about this process because it's a little hard to understand all the region lock things and the consequences of a System Transfer and its utility.Could it be possible to do a region change of my japanese New 2DS and then transfer my original NNID from my european Old 3DS and use it as normal? Or is to keep the japanese New 2DS in that region and then use the original NNID the best option (I don't know if that is even possible due to the different regions)? I have also read this post and maybe the option I should opt to is the 3rd one (SOAP Transfer to use Pokémon Bank) but I don't know if its posible after doing a region change or not.I'm sorry if I misunderstood any concept, I would appreciate if you could clarify them to me.
