Hey all,We implemented QDAS a couple years ago. Our operators that are inputting their hand-measurements in Procella randomly keep complaining that the Inspection Gages they entered do not save sometimes and they have to re-enter them for each part. When we try to duplicate the issue or ask the operator to show us, it doesn't happen. Has anyone ran into this issue? We have a lot of security junk and I'm wondering if it's something to do with that, network/license issue or firewall? This happens on different computers, with different operators, and it's random. Any help would be appreciated!
