My wifi keeps turning back on even after I toggle it off. Auto join hotspot is off and ask to join networks is off.I remember before I could toggle wifi off and it wouldn’t connect to a network until I click it on it .Now it turns on randomly.The only solution I found was to turn it completely off in settings.
