Got a junior team member with an interest in learning network admin, which aligns with my two interests: Mentoring & Delegating work! So I've just been bringing him in on my tickets which means the frequency of our lessons depends on change requests and incidents.Above all else my goal here is to upskill a coworker, so any advice or experiences with such an undertaking is also welcome.
