Intermittent Internet Issue

full image - Repost: Intermittent Internet Issue (from Reddit.com, Intermittent Internet Issue)
Hey everyone,Preface: I am not a networking guy.Company I work for (a small MSP trying to get off the ground) is having some intermittent issues with browsing the web. Internet browsing will take 30 to 45 seconds to load fairly frequently past few weeks. Pages take a while to load, and often will time out and will need to refresh the page. This is happening to all users across the network.DNS appears to be set properly, and we are pointing to Google along with Level 3.Seeing pretty high amounts of traffic on our Meraki, but I don't know if that's the culprit. Regardless, will be setting per client bandwidth limits to cut down on some of the higher bandwidth issues we've been seeing.Boss keeps stating this is an issue with DNS, but I really don't know what to look for. ISP states all clean on their end. I have ran ping plotter over the course of 24 hours and really the only thing I'm seeing is some packet loss upstream after leaving our firewall. We are not seeing issues with connectivity internal to our network. If your client or internal network was having issues like above, what would you look for?I cannot wait for our networking guy to start here in a week or so!
