For all you younglings out there, build and maintain your network all the time.Use your lunches strategically to build relations and keep up with folks.Call or email old coworkers and bosses you liked to just see how they are doing.Join civic organizations and volunteer at places you like. Make an impact.Also if you run into old coworkers, take that as a sign to meet up with that person. There are no such things as coincidences.Don’t be that person who contacts you out of the blue looking for work. Your network will be immensely valuable as the best jobs are typically never advertised.Now, get off my lawn. 😏
