Beware porting from a Verizon MVNO to MobileX could take awhile. MobileX has no live chat or customer service# to call, all issues must be submitted via support ticket in the app.Timeline-Fri 9am- Downloaded MobileX app, entered Visible port information, within minutes Visible emailed stating port went through, my account is now closedFri 11am- submitted support ticket inquiring port status Fri 11:40am- received email from support ticket MobileX said they see it pending in their systemFri 6pm- received email- The process usually happens within 6 hours, though sometimes it has been known to take longer. Sat 1pm- received email- I just wanted to touch base, I have been keeping an eye on your port and have escalated it with our network partners port center team to review. Sun 12pm- received email- We got a reply from Verizon regarding this yesterday, at 4PM ET. The line has been submitted to complete activation. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for it to complete. I will say we find port issues like these, especially what is something that is going from one VZW inventory to another, problematic to say the least. I imagine the delay they're putting you through is frustrating, to say the least. I assume that it is a issue on Verizon's end. Luckily support said that that the 10 day trial/data learning period won't start until the number is activated. (luckily this # isn't a primary number) Other than that I'm excited to give MobileX a try, and see what they predict my data usage will be after the 10 day period.
