Keep freezing in Odyssey and getting booted to lobby on Xbox

My wife and I are using 2 different internet providers on Xbox Series X, and both of us keep having Odyssey freeze and boot us to home screen. It says, "We hit a roadblock, network connection lost." Then, it fails to find a server, and when it gets back in progress is lost.
