[UPDATE] Strange periodic slowdown/congestion on eero Pro 6

Update to the original post and follow-up post. So, nuking and paving the eero network and setting it up from scratch seemed to have done something to interrupt the periodic latency that the ping monitor was seeing ... I left it for a few hours and it never came back, so I went ahead and added a 2nd eero Pro 6 into the network, wirelessly meshed. Interestingly, I see latency issues cropping up again, though it doesn't appear to be periodic ... yet.Figure 1: graph showing very good latency w/ event at 4:19pm adding 2nd eero Pro 6 to network, with latency spikes starting again around 4:32pm - largest spike at ~15ms.Bear in mind, when I was posting earlier updates/graphs - the other eero Pro 6 units have been off for ... awhile. A day or two at least. Is this getting too nitpicky? Should I expect consistent low-latency, zero packet loss pings across an eero network with 2 WiFi devices on it? Part of my problem is that in removing most of my devices (I have ~75 network devices) to try to isolate the problem, I can imagine that the signal for the problem could become clearer, but less pronounced ... depending on the root cause. With more devices, what seems like a low-level latency variation could become a significant, exacerbated and impactful event. It's hard to determine if this is "not an issue, keep looking" or if it's a smoking gun of some sort.
